Anti Speedhack 2.2 anticheat для counter strike 1.6 сервера

Этот плагин обнаружит speedhack. (чит быстрой хотьбы)

CVARS:
amx_sh_bantype (0=ban by id (for steam servers) | 1=ban by ip | 2=ban via AMXBANS)
amx_aim_zerofrags - how many frags can make player with 0 deaths to suppose that he is a cheater and ban him for 1 day
amx_aim_minplayers - minimum players in game (not connecting) to start checking for aim (otherwise, there will be no checks if there is a duel, for example)
amx_aim_nonzerofrags - How many frags must player get before the cvar below is checked
amx_aim_frags_to_deaths - 50 frags / 5 deaths > 7 [cvar] = cheater = ban for 1 day

DEFAULT (you may copy to amxx.cfg):

DO NOT USE THIS PLUGIN WITH FUN MODS (SuperHero, Zombie, War3FT and so on)

The code is not optimized because i'm just good gamer and not the programmer but it works great. The main idea is that it bans the cheater after 2 rounds of cheating. It is made in compatibility with ATAC and slap commands that make fast teleports and may be suggested as speedhack cheat.

This plugin may be usefull on CSDM because it is difficult to check players while admin is out or always alive.

This plugin is switched off on fy_ maps, kz_, surf_, on aim_aztec, aim_sk_awp and awp_teamwave (because of start teleports)
